In this fragile time, I am so grateful for yoga and finding my practice to be a touchstone for remaining steady and resilient and know you have as well.  As you may know I have largely retired from teaching though I visited Boston a few times a year to bathe in the energy of the yoga hive there. Then Everything Changed.

Until further notice, my classes scheduled at Down Under School of Yoga will be streamed online. Though I will miss seeing you folks up north it is exciting that people from all over will be able to join class!

How Live Streaming Works:

⁃ Register - All my classes are all listed as WORKSHOPS on the Down Under School of Yoga website. Sign up for class via this link at least 20 minutes ahead of class start time.

⁃ Join the class -Fifteen minutes before class, check your inbox for an email containing a link to access the class via Zoom. If you don’t receive the invite check your Junk and Spam folders for the link and make sure you are checking your email associated with your Mindbody account. Click the link and join the class!

A Three Workshop Series with Thomas Alden, D.C.

11/13 - HIPS, 12/18 - LOWER SPINE, 1/15- UPPER SPINE

11am- 1pm each day followed by Q&A.  $30 per class

Each workshop will introduce yoga asana as a foundation for healing, self-examination and better understanding healthy alignment and movement patterns. Notes will be included.

CLASS STYLE

Barbara's classes are friendly, intuitive, methodical, challenging in unexpected  ways, infused with philosophy and informed by nearly 50 years of yoga practice.

Building on the fundamentals, Barbara teaches experienced, mostly older, students in slow paced, breath guided practices that reflect her experience that form emerges from the inside out.
