During the fragile times of the pandemic, I was so grateful for yoga. . Practicing was an essential touchstone for remaining steady and resilient and know you found the same. Teaching was also a treasured connection to the yoga community. Three livestream monthly classes were a lifeline that warmed my heart. While not the same as in person, online study can be an intimate and rich home practice.
My Monday classes scheduled at Down Under School of Yoga and First Fridays, with Erin Ehlers Yoga, continue to be streamed online and bring me much happiness.
