In 2016, after nearly 40 years, Barbara Benagh retired from teaching a regular schedule of weekly classes in Boston. Now living in NC she visits the Boston area regularly teaching workshops and classes at Down Under Yoga School. See the schedule below for details of dates and times. Early registration is recommended since most classes quickly fill. Even though wait lists can get long get your name on there since enrollment is fluid.

Barbara's classes, regardless of level, are challenging, relaxing, serious, and fun.
Suitable for beginners and experienced students alike, these classes emphasize the fundamentals of yoga and include only limited practice of inverted poses and backbends.
Building on the fundamentals, these classes for experienced students introduce more challenging poses such as inversions, backbends, and balances.
Level 3/ Master Class
This class is for long time yoga practitioners and teachers who are accomplished at inversions and backbends. Additionally, Barbara uses this class as a forum for refining teaching skills.
