In this fragile time, I am so grateful for yoga and finding my practice to be a touchstone for remaining steady and resilient and know you have as well.  As you may know I have largely retired from teaching though I visited Boston a few times a year to bathe in the energy of the yoga hive there. Then Everything Changed.

Until further notice, my classes scheduled at Down Under School of Yoga will be streamed online. Though I will miss seeing you folks up north it is exciting that people from all over will be able to join class!

How Live Streaming Works:

⁃ Register - All my classes are all listed as WORKSHOPS on the Down Under School of Yoga website. Sign up for class via this link at least 20 minutes ahead of class start time.

⁃ Join the class -Fifteen minutes before class, check your inbox for an email containing a link to access the class via Zoom. If you don’t receive the invite check your Junk and Spam folders for the link and make sure you are checking your email associated with your Mindbody account. Click the link and join the class!

Levels

Barbara's classes, regardless of level, are challenging, relaxing, serious, and fun.

Level 1/2
Suitable for beginners and experienced students alike, these classes emphasize the fundamentals of yoga and include only limited practice of inverted poses and backbends.

Level 2/3
Building on the fundamentals, these classes for experienced students introduce more challenging poses such as inversions, backbends, and balances.

Level 3/ Master Class
This class is for long time yoga practitioners and teachers who are accomplished at inversions and backbends. Additionally, Barbara uses this class as a forum for refining teaching skills.
